Make It Monday #60: Generational Stamping

It is a new week...a new beginning.
I was captivated with the video today as I had never tried generational stamping before. I had purchased this gorgeous stamp set but had only used it a couple of times....so the gloves came off!
I began with rustic white cardstock and used berry sorbet, summer sunrise and spring moss as my basic colours. I had to practise stamping off to get the "idea" but found it fun to do. The large gingham stamp from background basics was used in the background. I had never tried this technique before and wasn't sure if I liked it or not. Once I stamped the sentiment and added the spring moss ribbon, distressed the edges and mounted it on spring moss cardstock, did I begin to see the whole picture and I loved it! I think I might try some other colours and make up a few more to send to friends and family. Thanks for looking!
